Born and Raised?

The election that took place approximately one month ago elected President-Elect Obama, but Barack Obama may not be eligible to be President of the United States because he may not have been born in America. Currently, it is being debated in the Supreme Court if the case will be heard. There are claims that Barack Obama was born in Kenya. Allegedly, his mother was in her third trimester in Africa and could not fly to America to have him.
If these rumors are true, President-Elect Barack Obama cannot be the President. If Obama showed his birth certificate and it was authenticated, this matter would be dropped. However, he refuses to present his certificate of live birth. If he was born in America, then why is he hiding his certificate.? Think about this. If you have nothing to hide, why hide? This case should be a priority because if he's not a natural born United States citizen, then the entire election was a farce.

very nice to see high school teens like yourself doing this...keep up the good work...and always remember to research and be able to verify whatever you say....also write from the heart.....although our court system has no authority to get involved in the Obama birth certificate case...the electoral college could request to see it ...I personally believe that the Clintons are behind all this because if you follow the money trail, it is their best friend and lawyer, Berg, who has started all this. Having said that, even though I believe Obama to be a natural born citizen per US Code...the electoral college is the only group who could demand such a thing. the bottom line: you get what you vote for....people need to be educated before filling in a ballot...so many were not.

He may not want to show it because he doesn't want to get into the gamesmanship. Chances are once he produced it, his critics would demand some other document, so corroboration of this or proof of that. He doesn't have to, so he won't.

Very interesting!

It is amazing that a controversy of this type is not more widely publicized and debated. Why isn't it? It is becuase Mr. Obama is the "golden boy", "the deliverer" if you will. He has the blind support of people who allow their minds to be clouded by race, the tacit support of those people who "don't want to get involved" and the blatant support of those who want to ride his coattails to power and manipulate things from behind the scenes.
If Mr. Obama were a conservative he would be the subject of front page story after front page story not to mention "talking head" exposes. Not to mention there would be an army of "investigators" trying to get their hands on the document by any means possible.
These are the kinds of issues that have fractured the trust of the American people.

The Supreme Court rejected the case. They did not give a reason. At the same time they also rejected a case regarding the eligibility of John McCain.

I wouldn't worry too much about his citizenship status. It's a battle that was lost well before it was begun. I think taking principled stands against his policies is the way to go. It's awesome to see you get involved! Good luck!

Just so you know - John McCain was born in Panama - But he was born on an American Military base in Panama.

The Dems could have tried to get him on a technicality too.

SO if I had a pregnant wife and we were traveling through Canada & she had a baby, our baby wouldn't be American?

If the baby is born to 2 American parents then the chid is American. Maybe Obama has dual citizenship, but I'm not sure how that plays out.

I don't think the birth certificate issue will be anything more than a distraction from the real task. Opposing Obama's agenda. Let's work to inform the public about the problems with an ever growing government: less liberty and higher taxes.

There's three words that will frighten anyone. President Joe Biden. :)

I agree with Conservative Contessa about so many voters not educating themselves enough about Obama. I do not really know if Obama truly is a natural born citizen and I agree with you that it is very suspcious and makes it appear that he has something to hide because he refuses to show it. I do hope that the electoral college will take a stand on this and demand the proof.

Regarding Jim's comment, from what I understand about the case of Donofrio vs. Wells, dual citizenship in Obama's case was the basis of his case.

Thank you for standing up for your conservatism and I hope that you make an A+ on your project!

Great post, and this is a very definite constitutional dilemma that our country should never be faced with if the DNC would actually have a constitutional vetting process. However, I assert the DNC is attempting to defeat this nation from within!

I think it's an almost non issue. However, that being said...what's to hide? Put the thing out there, and stop the conspiracy theories. A certificate of live birth is NOT a certified birth certificate.

Very good questions, I-Jections.

One would think this would be easily resolved by just publishing the copy of the birth certificate. Who is afraid of the truth?

There is a great website that has only provable facts on it.

Natural Born Citizen
http://naturalborncitizen.wordpress.com/

I do think we conservatives need to figure out our offense and defense in battle for our country. I don't see lawsuits working for us so I think we need to start by removing all indoctrinators from our education systems.

Our country is being taken over by socialist who are truly going to be the ruin of our country.

So my questions to you and all commenters is "what is our game plan? what will truly make a vital and important difference for our country?"

I-Jections said...

This is in response to Jim.

Jim, what you said was very true. McCain was born in Panama, but Panama was a US territory at the time of his birth.

Also true about what you said about Americans in Canada. The difference between those is, Barack Obama's father was an Indonesian citizen who signed the papers that would suggest Obama was born in Kenya

Conservative contessa, yes the people need to know what they're voting for before they vote, but does that make it anymore Constitutional for Barack Obama to be President illegally? My response is, "No." Just because some people want it doesn't mean it is a good thing or should necessarily be the standard for things.

Davismw85 said...

That's some good thinking but I think you need to to delve in to some deeper questions you're not going to get Obama on this. The democratic machine will find some way around the age question, plus the supreme court has already thrown it out. I think you should looking into media bias and how things like Blagojevich and Clinton are being looked into by the media. And think to yourselves if he was a republican he would be tarred, feathered, and shot by now. Good work all, you guys are the next generation. We need all the conservative bloggers we can get.

Isn't this sad? Or is it actually laughable? Or both? Is this all conservatives have left, resorting to unhinged claims that make them look either insane or bitter, angry losers?

Some advice: If you want to be taken seriously, outside of the small circle that listens to Rush Limbaugh and watches Fox "News", I suggest you rethink such nutty posts in the future.

Kate said...

You knew it was bound to happen sooner or later. Instead of offering anything constructive to a conversation, there's the liberal attack mode. Truly sad there, jcapatelli.

I-Jections said...

Jcapatelli, this is not nonsense; it is the Constitution. This is America which was based on the Constitution. Also, this has nothing to do with loosing the election. I did not want McCain to be President either. This has nothing to do with taking the sides of the Republicans or Democrats. I don't take either currently. I take the side of the Constitution. What I care about, in this case, is that the Constitution clearly sates that the President must be a natural born citizen. IT is not nonsensical to follow the founding document of the Constitution.

ITA, I-Js. This is not a personal attack on Obama. I would expect the Constitutional requirements to be enforced no matter who the person in question. (Side note: I didn't vote for Obama or McCain either.)
